• Brown cloth boards feature blind stamped design on front and back.
• Spine has elaborate gilt design.
• Interior is free of marginalia and intentional marks.
• Covers are scuffed with bumping to corners.
• Spine end is crushed at head and broken off at tail. Gilt has some fading, with light scuffing to shoulders.
• Textblock is intact but disbound from covers.
• Binding is cocked with front overhang.
• Some pencil on ffep.
• Inside pages are age toned with little scattered foxing and occasional smudges.
• Moderate foxing to title page and frontis tissue.
• Gutter break between signatures at pgs 168-169.
• Book may exhibit additional minor signs of age or wear.
