Softback is overall in VERY GOOD condition.
- Professionally re-cased in black leather, preserving original title blocks and spine text.
- Title blocks are a red leather with bright gilt.
- Leather covers are rubbed in places, exposing original red beneath it.
- Front lower corner appears to have been dropped, with crease to cover that continues through first half of book, fading as it goes along.
- Inside pages are lightly toned, and free of marginalia and underlining.
- Printing of type and illustrations is clear.
- Map is free of writing.
- Creases of map exhibit light toning, and paper is separating at creases in some places.
- Book may exhibit other minor signs of wear and aging.
