- Binding is intact but somewhat brittle. Signs of separation at both front and back covers. Stitching visible at page 265 opening. See photos.
- Pastedowns and feps have some staining, owner's marks.
- Interior is gently age-toned, exhibits staining to page margins from page 250 on. See photos.
