Incredibly scarce McLoughlin Bros children's book.
Illustrated throughout in color.
Cover and back board are darkened with rubbing to the boards all along edges and corners; occasional pencil marks and scratches on both sides.
Spine is weathered and torn at the bottom.
Inside cover pastedown has an inscription in pen from previous owner as well as pencil markings which also show up on the back board pastedown.
Inside pages are clean and clear with some being slightly detached from spine.
Binding is secure.
