• Boards show minimal wear to corners, more so to bands, spine edges, and head and tail of spine
• Tiny spot to back center
• Some spots to fore edge of textblock
• Name and address in pencil on back of ffep
• Signature in ink on first page
• Upper corner of last page missing, which doesn't effect text or page number
• Some foxing, spotting and darkening to interior
• Inside pages are free of underling and intentional marks
• Text block edges are dusty
