Pamphlet is overall in VERY GOOD+ condition.

• Pale gray-blue wraps are mostly clean, with illustration in white ink and red pencil.  Corners are a little bumped.  See photos.   
• Spine is bright with firm ends.
• Binding is secure.  
• Handmade paper end papers/ pastedowns show little to no sign of age or wear.
• Ephemera, a letter confirming the purchase order for this book, is present.
• Interior exhibits minimal signs of age and wear. 
• Inside pages are free of writing and intentional marks.
• Text block edges have deckle fore and foot edges.

A personal and intimate example of the art and craft which were the output of The Perishable Press under the direction of Walter Hamady (1940-2019).  This slim work, two signatures enclosed in wraps of handmade paper, is in essence a valentine to Hamady's wife, here referred to as the Jungle Princess.

Printed on papers of several colors, in a coordinating palette of inks.  Fine line decorations illustrate the pages.

Edition of 125 copies, 50 of which were available for sale.  This is #66, as per the label stapled in at the back cover, signed by the author.
