- Quarter-bound cloth with rounded spine and illustrated paper to cover.
- Color illustration on front shows some light soiling with a few chips to finish.
- Covers are overall moderately soiled with rubbing, scrapes and chips, with rough spine ends and corners.
- Front pastedown has two large red signatures with a date.
- Inside text and illustrations are clear and bright.
- Interior is free of writing and intentional marks.
- Light to moderate foxing throughout.
- Binding is fragile, with cracks evident between signatures, exposing the super (aka mull, or binders fabric along spine).
- May exhibit additional minor signs of age or wear.

Oversized book consists of ten songs and six dances artfully arranged and illustrated with Robertson's original watercolor drawings and hand lettered text and music. Photoengraved and screen printed in facsimile by Edmund Evans.
Walford Graham Robertson (1866 - 1948) was best known as an accomplished author and illustrator, and as a prominent member of London society.
