Pamphlet is overall in NEAR FINE condition.

• Red wraps are mostly clean, with label overlaid on front cover.  Corners are sharp. 
• Sewn binding is strong. 
• Dark gray end papers show little to no sign of age or wear.
• Illustration is bright and clear, with guard paper laid in.
• Interior exhibits minimal signs of age and wear.  Inside pages are free of writing and intentional marks.

From The Grenfell Press, a beautifully presented letterpress leaflet housed in red wraps.  The text is poetry by Barbara Guest (1920-2006), American poet and prose stylist.  Guest was a first generation member of the New York School of poetry, and over sixty years of writing produced more than fifteen books. 

Accompanying the poem is a color print by Trevor Winkfield (b. 1944).  English by birth, Winkfield moved to the U.S. in 1969 and became an early artistic collaborator with poets in New York. 

This edition is Number 4 in a series designed by Kenward Elmslie and C.W. Swets.  The edition was limited to 200 copies, plus 26 copies lettered A-Z, signed by the poet and accompanied by an original print.  This is copy "O".
