• Very scarce 1820 (second) edition!
• All six engravings present, including frontis
• Boards feature decorative paper with leather corners
• Binding is secure
• Spine replaced
• Front and back boards are lightly scuffed
• Moderate scuffing to perimeter of boards, heavy scuffing to corners
• Spine features title sticker which shows a deep dent into hinge but does not effect binding
• Note in pencil on ffep,
• Number in pencil on rfep
• Some staining to pastedowns
• Front endpapers show bleed through from frontis
• All tissues detached but included
• Some darkening to textblock
• Text transferred to opposite page for many pages, however all still very legible
• Last few pages show some light foxing
