Hardback is overall in VERY GOOD condition.

• Gilt-stamped cloth covers exhibit minimal signs of commensurate age and wear. 
• Boards are moderately stained and rubbed, most notably the discolored white areas, and exhibit mild edgewear with the front right edge appearing sunned. Please see photos. 
• Corners are heavily rubbed with expose board. 
• Spine is secure and exhibits moderate stains, exposed ends where the cloth is missing and a .75" closed tear along the rear ridge. Please see photos. 
• Binding is firm. 
• Endpapers are gently age-toned and stained and exhibit light creases along the deckle edges. Please see photos. 
• Frontispiece is present with intact tissue guard and appears gently age-toned with faint stains to the perimeter though the illustration remains unworn with minimal signs of age and wear. Please see photos. 
• Plates are gently age-toned and stained along the perimeter of the border though the illustrations remain unworn with minimal signs of age and wear. 
• Interior is gently age-toned and stained though overall exhibits minimal signs of age and wear. 
• Inside pages are free of writing and intentional marks.
• Deckle edges. 
• Book may exhibit additional minor signs of age or wear.
